Ms. Cecilia Haskins has been delivering problem solutions to customers for the past 30 years. Her career began as a programmer and progressed to software design, analysis and project management before she eventually specialized in the challenges of creating precise requirements specifications for government contracts.

The companies for which she has worked range from the Fortune 100 to small firms, both in the USA and Europe, and includes entrepreneurial experience running her own consulting services company. Her credentials include a CCP, an MBA in Operations Management from Wharton and a BS in Chemistry from Chestnut Hill College. She has presented at previous symposiums for the International Council of Systems Engineers, the IEEE, Chestnut Hill College, and various Software Development conferences. At present, she is working in Norway as a consultant and lecturer providing process modeling and object technology expertise while playing an active role in the national INCOSE chapter, NORSEC.
