RosettaNet standard and IBM's experience implementing
RosettaNet
Using the RosettaNet
standard to accelerate IBM's adoption of B2B Standards are a prerequisite for
implementing Business to Business relationships across many partners in an
enterprise's supply chain.
IBM is both a member
and key supporter of RosettaNet to help develop its relationships with
customers, suppliers, and OEM partners.
This presentation
will provide an overview of RosettaNet: the scope of the organization, the
standard, and its status.
The presentation will
then describe IBM's overall strategy for B2B relationships and standards.
A specific example
will be used to illustrate how RosettaNet is being used to meet the challenges
of inter-enterprise collaboration across IBM's supply chain.
