| Ken Myers, Lockheed Martin USA |
| Ken is a Senior Systems Engineer within the Strategic Technologies organization at Lockheed Martin Undersea Systems in Manassas, Virginia. He is responsible for establishing advanced engineering capabilities within the Lockheed Martin Undersea Systems organization, including R&D and production deployment of their collaborative engineering environment. He has over 20 years of experience in the design and development of C4ISR systems. Ken received the B.S. in applied mathematics from California Polytechnic State University and the M.S. in computer science from the University of Colorado. He is an active member of INCOSE and co-Chairs the INCOSE SE & the Internet Interest Group (see www.incose.org/se-int). |

| Arnd studied Mechanical Engineering in Russia, Germany and the U.S. At Airbus since 1994, he has been a project leader for design automation and knowledge-based engineering projects. Other areas of activity have been business process re-engineering, CAD-data exchange and research activities into CAD technologies. Currently he is leading the European research project WISE (Web-enabled Information Service for Engineering). WISE is a joint R&D project of 10 European organisations including Airbus and Nokia. It aims at providing integrated knowledge management services for engineers through a web-based portal. |

| Markku has a career in development of industrial processes using anvanced information technology and security solutions, both as research scientist and business manager. Special area of his interest is the development of business networks using PKI based security solutions to enable information and application sharing. During past few years he has been much involved in the development of secure networking solutions for Finnish Defence Forces and defence. |

| Osmo is currently working in the Nokia Research Center Software Technology laboratory SPI-group in Helsinki as R&D Manager . His primary research interest is systems & requirements engineering in large telecommunications system product programs. In 1973, he received his Master's Degree from the Tampere University of Technology, Finland. He has since worked in several Finnish companies in various R&D and software development related jobs, prior to joining Nokia Telecommunications in the beginning of 1991. In Nokia Telecommunications he has worked in various telecommunications R&D-projects as an Engineering Manager and Senior Technical consultant. In March 1998 he joined Nokia Research Center where he is currently in charge of the Systems & Requirements Engineering of the SPI-group. Prior to joining Nokia he has also contributed to various international standardisation workgroups and to a broadband ISDN research project in the RACE-program in 1989 - 1990. He has been elected chairman of the Finnish Systems Engineering Association (FINSE ry) for years 2000 and 2001. |
